CMSG AGM + Configuration Management from Requirements to Delivery

Wednesday 29th September, 2010

Presented by John Metcalfe based on a recent contract

Synopsis

Project Manager: " I'd like you to be Configuration & Release Manager on this project"
Configuration Manager: "I would prefer to have a good deployment management tool for this project".
Project Manager: "OK - it's up to you - make it so"
And that was that………. Or was it?
Let me take you on a journey through the pitfalls and successes of selecting and implementing such a tool - which transformed itself into an application lifecycle management solution.

Content Summary:
This will be an interactive session as much as possible. It will explore the background and preparation for selecting and implementing a ALM tool before discussing the issues raised and the success achieved.

As ever, it is a convivial networking opportunity.
