This event includes presentations and workshops around the theme of designing your CMDB, including theory and practical advice and information.

By attending this workshop you will gain an insight into:

What constitutes a CMDB
How to design and implement a CMDB
Understanding the issues around selecting a solution
Understanding the ITIL V3 guidelines for the function of the CMDB in the Configuration Management System.
