| Shirley has extensive
configuration management experience across the life cycle. She was the
author of the OGC ITIL Service Support chapter on Configuration
Management and is a member of the British Standards committee for
developing the BS 15000 IT Service Management standard.
She is a director of ConnectSphere, a consultancy and education
company that specialises in service management and configuration
management solutions. Shirley has extensive experience in service and
process improvement across a range of industries and has managed many
change, configuration and release management implementations.
